File Transfer [PDF/JPEG|PNG] for transmitter CRD or QRD #138

Problem description

_Step 1: This idea comes from servicing first responders and other emergencies. PDF to send over blueprints of an area or building. Images for authorities to see how and who to help.

Suggested solution description

_Step 2: I found a GitHub repo called FFsend which acts similarly to FFmpeg. This is a low-end solution but assuming the easier.

Alternative solutions

_Step 3: A drag and drop on TX side and an Android app on the other would be best. Or be able to download locally to the downloads folder on Linux folder or Android phone.

@xSikes this does not seem to be the right place for this issue. Is this a request to incorporate file download in the specifications or a request to implement the feature in rt-mbms-tx-for-qrd-and-crd?

If the first, this comes timely as the window for updating ETSI 103 720 is open. If the second, have you identified a contributor to develop this? are you planning to contribute this feature? If so, it would be good to associate it to a project.
