Band support for receivers including Band 108. #92

Problem description

Clause 8 of ETSI TS 103 720 does not include detailed information the required band support. With the UHF band now an official 3GPP band, the clause should be revisited and relevant bands for a 5G Broadcast receiver should be added.

V18.3.0 of 36.101, Sections 5.6H, 5.5H, 5.7.1H & others include the details of band 108.

Suggested solution description

Identify relevant bands and add those to the receiver requirements with reference to TS 36.101. Band 108 is surely included, but other bands such as SDL should also be checked.

Additional context

This should be added as a feature of a new work item to be drafted for an update to the ETSI specification.
