Improve documentation from feedback and change to M3 cache purge responses #55

This addresses the feedback given in issue 5G-MAG/rt-5gms-application-server#54.

Closes #54

This also addresses the returning of the number of purged entries from the cache purge operation as given in issue 5G-MAG/rt-5gms-application-server#56.

I think this marks the end of changes to implement M3 in the AS. I'll do a release candidate once this PR is merged.
