This PR adds a Github action to check the build process of the Application Server for each push to the development branch. Moreover, the job will be automatically executed once a week to verify that the build of the main branch is not broken.

I executed this on my fork and it seems to run fine:

I suggest squashing the commits before merging as some commits have been used to verify the Github actions and therefor use a different configuration for branches
