Documentation update #23

Following the discussion in #17, this is the proposal to classify the content. Note that I've changed the folder name from interactivity to geometry (to refer to the actual asset rather than the extension - given assets may have multiple extensions). Same should be done for anchoring - not urgent

@nlsdvl, the picture of the Academy Award is missing... I think I added a placeholder png file copied from somwhere else hoping to replace the file by overwriting but GitHub doesn't allow me due to LFS... @Etiennefaivredarcier, can you push it when fixing #22 ?

Thanks for the feedback, @nlsdvl. I have implemented your suggested changes. I think we are ready... I'll merge the PR as we can always improve afterwards.
