[Bug]: High Memory Consumption with Low Ingestion Rate

Describe the bug SentryFlow is experiencing high memory consumption, even without any configured Istio telemetry objects forwarding logs.

Expected behavior Without active log forwarding, memory usage should be significantly lower.
