Updated the config retreival mechanism #5

Updated the config retreival mechanism to get the incluster as well as host machine kubeconfig file to run the sentryflow.

Due to limitations with running SentryFlow directly on the host, specifically related to TLS and Istio service entry registration requiring DNS, this PR is being closed for now.
