SentryFlow summary engine integration with dev2 #6

Determine the json for the Istio Access logs that are flowing to the discovery engine,

Integrate sentry flow with discovery engine v2

The logs should appear in the database.

We should be able to query the logs using a cli tool - knoxctl ?
