Description

This PR fixes an issue where a hardcoded image tag during image scanning in CI caused grype to fail finding the image, resulting in a failing stable release build https://github.com/5GSEC/nimbus/blob/4da760196cfa4b616bf247664a5c5649de9fd919/.github/workflows/release-image.yaml#L55
