We have to switch to Emesary

I got an error. I need to investigate later today. ` 255.16 [ALRT]:nasal Nasal runtime error: Failed to add command:emesary-transmit : likely a duplicate name

M_frame_notification.nas is something f16 uses, I dont think you need that.

The other error, is because you have 2 files loaded you should not have, read the bottom of this page: https://github.com/NikolaiVChr/OpRedFlag/blob/master/emesary-damage-system/how-to-install.txt
