Windows client #35

Are there plans to provide a client for Windows systems? The Task Scheduler might work well for this.

There is actually an unofficial Windows client someone made, it's on Github, I can't find it atm.

There's no official one because I haven't used Windows in close to a decade, outside of Windows Server for sysadmin stuff. I'd be more than happy to make a repo for it and help make an official one!

Er, dm me on discord or signal? I'm so sorry I haven't gotten to your rust rewrite yet, it's been kind of a crazy year but I've finally had a proper vacation recently so I think I can review it and add it to the org if you'd like? I'd like to replace the Go server with the Rust one and I also have a few features in backlog that I've put off for the Rust version.
