Adding the Monerium integration

In this PR we are adding the Monerium integration to the demo app

What are we adding here?

Monerium widget to initialize the flow and to show authenticated info
Redirect to the onramp-demo when a code parameter is present in the URL (Monerium auth redirect)
Monerium env variables REACT_APP_MONERIUM_CLIENT_ID, REACT_APP_MONERIUM_REDIRECT_URL
Signin in using the auth-kit after reloading the page
Move all the code snippets to the same js module
