Rebranding: Gnosis Safe -> Safe #66

Replace almost all mentions of Gnosis Safe with Safe
Replace the logo and favicon
Replace Gnosis with Safe Ecosystem Foundation in the copyright in the footer
Keep legal paged (Terms, Imprint etc) as they were

As the Header.tsx file was not updated in this PR I could not suggest a change, so I took the liberty to push that change updating the property width for the new logo CSS. I also updated the Github feature-request template.

Everything else looks good. Feel also free to undo my changes
