According to the initial notes here, it is expected that "gnosis" appears in the T&C.

Regarding your first screenshot, it is an ENS, as long as it is not updated, it should be kept.

Regarding the second one, it was commented on Slack to leave it as it is for now because the paragraph refers to Gnosis company, and not Safe (specially the date, 2016)
