Overview

In order to perform health checks of the Safe and it's owners, there could be a way to perform off-chain transactions that verify each co-signer.

This is similar to how a Trezor/Ledger's seed phrase can be confirmed with a recovery check.

Goals

Perform regular health check of the Safe.
Verify each owner's ability to sign without on-chain transactions.
Provide a user friendly solution reducing the number of steps for those who are not comfortable with smart contracts, Etherscan, and etc.

Existing Owner Verification

Gnosis Safe app: Viewing the Owners under the app Settings.
Etherscan: Verify the safe creation > Mark this contract as proxy > View getOwners.

@AdamSHurwitz do I get it right that this would prompt owners to sign a message as a way to check that they still have access to the safe?
