[ARB] Could not execute, error: {'code': -32000, 'message': 'oversized data'} #474

Issue Category

Safe loading issue, doesnt load on any interface

What happened?

Error happens when they try to execute transaction. Simulation works, but when they try to submit the transaction, they get an error.

Cleared cache and refreshed browser
Tested a multiple browsers, Chrome and Brave
Tested multiple wallets, Metamask and Rabby
Changed Metamask RPC
Tested in the Safe mobile app, same error
Had a different person try to execute on a different computer and network

Dev console error:

Left out user's safe address for privacy.
