This is due to an external provider we use, "Redefine" this is an error on their side that was previously fixed but has re-occurred. We are switching to a new provider that will resolve this in the coming weeks, so we can inform the user that this is only a cosmetic issue, their funds are secure and their balances are correct as recorded on the blockchain. We can also close the conversation and issue https://github.com/5afe/safe-support/issues/513.
