Could not load setting. user.xlm either missing or malformed #419

Hi all, i know that this issue was previously mentioned but with the new version of PogoFeeder 0.1.9 . It does not seems to sit well with the pokesniper version 2 v1.11 . Would gladly appreciate if anyone can help with resolving this matter. I've ensured that the coordinates are in (.) and not (,) . Thanks in advance earthlings !
