MaxFlow missing #133

The max flow test menu, stl and .py are missing from the installation, so in the menu "Part for calibration" and in script selection on post processing.

Latest of all. 2.2.0 Cura 5.2 or 5.3 installed from marketplace of cura windows 10

I have corrected it myself here, so the item in the menu appears here: "Maxflow test":

Looks Normal Max Flow Test have been added in the release : 2.2.2 : https://github.com/5axes/Calibration-Shapes/releases/tag/V2.2.2

If you have the release 2.2.0 it's normal. The release on the marketplace is not Up to date. That's an issue with @ultimaker Between the update request and the validation by ultimaker it can take a long time (sometimes more than one month). The updated version is the one on the Github as well as the documentation.
