Persistent Chat for Moderators #25

I'm a fan of old-school IRC, but the problem with it for moderating is that the chat backlog isn't persistent. If I say something and you're not in the room, you just don't see it (unless we put a bot in the channel to log the chat and you explicitly look at the log to see what you missed).

Give feedback and suggest your own if you know of another. I'd also like a couple of people to hop

I've used Glassboard, and it seems really solid. No experience with GroupMe.

We'll give Glassboard a try then, I've used it with a few friends and it does threading which GroupMe does not seem to do at all from my 5 minutes with it.

For now we'll use Glassboard for things like open-ended discussion, kicking ideas around, event planning, and privately discussing any moderation issues that come up, and GitHub can be used strictly for tracking bugs, plugin updates, and potential new features that we need to be more methodical with.
