Add how to remove the "useless" partition and add it to the datastore

In the default Proxmox setup, 'local' stores the ISO images and container templates, and 'local-lvm' stores the installed VMs and containers themselves. Deleting 'local-lvm' and resizing 'local' removes the ability to take snapshots of VM's and containers. Therefore the partition isn't "useless"
