A lines in a website disappears when penta-cmdline is opened. #107

When a cmd-line appears, the space fo the website shrinks about a one line. This makes a one line in the middle of a website disappear.

The red squared line on the second screenshot disappears without any warning (see the first screenshot).

I dont use Firefox anymore, but palemoon. The actual version of pentadactyl there is 1.0.5-pm. And with this version I have an issue.
