Cannot use pentadactyl in google #119

When I type a search in google I cannot leave the Insert mode. If I press <ESC> the status bar shows I quit the insert mode but if I then press f it adds an f after the text of my search instead of showing the hints. This is not the case for other input form on other sites I used (eg. Github).

This is google assuming that if you're typing on their page you want to be typing in the search bar. It happens in Chrome and in FF w/ pentadactyl disabled. I haven't found a way around it yet.

Turning off instant predictions on the search settings page could be a workaround, that is if you can live without it.

I think this is a duplicate of #118. I created a PR that I think fixes it in #124. Can you please test?

This was fixed with 4904fb5 and can be closed.
