Numbers remain in normal-mode input after using them to select an element in hint mode #144

Context: When you type numbers in normal mode, they appear next to the tabs indicator in the bar.

Problem: After selecting a hint in any hint mode, the numbers used to select the hint are interpreted by pentadactyl like when you type them in normal mode. This is obviously undesireable behaviour.
