When dev tools are open, command area partially hidden #149

When the developer tools are open in at least open tab, the pentadactyl command area extends beyond the bottom of the page in all other tabs. Closing the developer tools immediately fixes the problem.

I think this is the same as #76.

you should check if making your window smaller has the same effect. I had trouble with a sidebar or something once.
