Some elements of the pentadactyl command line too small?

I can't figure out how to increase the size of some aspects of the pentadactyl command line.

This doesn't affect everything in the status line - e.g. the “-- INSERT --” is displayed at a good size (see pic). However, the rest (e.g. the URL, and the completion list etc.) are displayed very small.

The only place I've changed a font-size is for FontFixed, but this does not seem to affect the completion menu etc.

I also tried the steps recommended at both https://curtisfree.com/blog/2013/03/16/changing_pentadactyl_font/ and https://superuser.com/questions/783925/how-to-increase-the-font-size-of-the-command-line-in-vimperator-pentadactyl with no change to observed behavior.

Any tips would be appreciated.
