Feature Request: A better Vestige of Power implementation

Extra Information Who would use it? Players, DMs, homebrewers and converters How would it work? Currently, the Vestiges of Power from EGW and some other homebrews (Mainly TDCS and TDCSR, but ideas exist to be stolen.) exist as single items with all the text of the vestige stuffed on a single entry without any of the fancy automation capabilities offered by Plutonium. As a solution to this, turn the vestiges of power to item groups, and add a special "vestige" boolean that when true, only shows the Exalted version's text and not other versions of the same item at the bottom, like itemGroups usually do. On the Plutonium side of things, when an item with "vestige": true is imported, it should ask the user which version of the item the user wants to import, rather than an empty (or wrong) husk. (Although, this sentence might be made into its Plutonium suggestion to expand into other items, such as spellcasting focuses and the like.) Why should this be added? It would actually add VTT support for such items, and makes DM's job of not spoiling the future of these items a lot easier. Like, imagine you award your player a cool and totally original vestige of power-type item at the Dormant level and it imports at Exalted level, the whole surprise is ruined.
