5ET-874 Add quick tag button to popouts

Information In the moment, from all the existing Content in the website, only Spells and Traits have an easy way to be added as a hoverable link when building a creature. The way this can be done rn requires some double checkings to ensure the route to the Content is correct, specially with subclass features (such as {@subclassFeature Telepathic Speech|Sorcerer||Aberrant Mind|TCE|1})

Who would use it? Those who want to get the most out of the Homebrew Builder. It is specially useful if you intent on using it to create a character sheet with quick references to consult from the DMScreen

How would it work? I can think of two ways in which this could be fulfilled:

• A search function in the homebrew builder (similar to what we can already do with Spells).
• A way to get the route to a certain piece of content in the page where that content is usually displayed.

Why should this be added? It reinforces the interconectivity between 5etools' features (possibly helping homebrewers) and their flexibility, as well as it getting a step closer to fully allowing somewhat easy character sheet creation.
