Information Permit homebrew files to add new traits that can be referenced by _copy

Who would use it? Homebrewers where generic traits are given that need to be applied to multiple named NPCs with disparate base statblocks
How would it work? How it currently does for the site, ensuring the loading order is all correct etc
Why should this be added? Supports brewers to use existing site tools
