5ET-1168 Add Day Offset to In-game Clock Widget #1273

Information In the In-game Clock Widget on the DM Screen, it would be nice to have a Day Offset so that I could have Day 1 be, for example, October 17th. Currently October 17th displays as Day 287. It would have similar functionality to the Year Offset.

How would it work? Subtract the Day Offset from the displayed day #

Why should this be added? To allow starting the campaign time tracker in the middle of the year
