I believe it could be cool if the homebrewers/converters could address the end user when the brew is loaded on 5eTools to inform them on what the brew is about, stuff to check out within the brew, general use tips, where to find the creator/converter and how to support them, etc.
Who would use it?
Homebrewers, converters, homebrew enjoyers.
How would it work?
Added within "_meta" (I'd assume), this field would display a small window a basic entries renderer whenever the brew is loaded via the Get Homebrew window. The window could be tied to a timer with default values (maybe 15 seconds?) to automatically vanish with the ability to set the timer manually in the brew.
Why should this be added?
While most of the usual stuff mentioned in the Information tab can be found within the first few pages of many homebrew sourcebooks, some of the brews do not have any such info and it can fall on the converter to give credit/acknowledgement to the creator(s) and the content within. Also, when was the last time you loaded up a brew and didn't realize it had a book/adventure within? Probably not too long ago if you are a frequent browser of the Homebrew Manager.
Also, unless I missed it completely, there isn't a good way to list out the things inside the brew anymore, since the update that brought us auto-updating homebrew. This could be a middle ground between that and what we have now.
