5ET-021 Support homebrew treasure/loot tables

Feature Request: Support homebrew treasure/loot tables. 5eTools or BetteR20? 5eTools Extra Information: These could (optionally) be tagged with existing letters (e.g. "B"), which could then be used to swap out the default table, or allow you to randomly choose which "B" table to use before rolling the result (effectively: roll which table to roll on, then roll on that table).
