Feature Request: Content Blacklist simple predefined list toggle (SRD / ?AL legal?) & Hosting config for SRD only mode

Extra Information Who would use it? ... people attempting to retain legal use How would it work? Add a simple toggle switch to the page preset to limit the site to SRD only content Why should this be added? demonstrates intent to be compliant and allows people who want to host their own to be so

Let's make this more generic - a hosting file that:

determines what to include (whitelist) [SRD only/AL Only] what to exclude (from the Blacklist export) and sets filter actions for content. ie they could define a Default SRD only/an AL legal only; and Campaigned structure (eg. I have 3 groups I'm running; each group has different allowed content - so creating filters for each of those)
