Feature Request: Homebrew builder - with a picklist seletion for item; to build out UI for making "shops"

Extra Information Who would use it? GMs - and their players How would it work? The ui would be - essentially the Items pick list system; - with the exception of POTENTIALLY modification of price. I would and produce a homebrew JSON file that could be loaded / added as a "source" with the intent of the GM loading it into Roll20/Foundry/hosted 5eTools or 5eTools live - that would then give a targeted list they would use for specific shops/inventory they could quickly import/swap. Why should this be added?

It would also be useful to be able to add a "price threshold" of the items in the shop. Several RAW adventures specify that the shop only inludes items from the PHB that cost under 25gp (For example, CoS and LMoP)
