Resolved - This is a complete pain to maintain, and becomes more painful with every UA released. The site aims to be an accurate representation of the game, not a source of judgement on old UA. I would argue that any UA released prior the most recent published product, if it is not included in that product, should be considered "dead." There is a date slider in the source filter to handle this.
Feature Request: note outdated or updated content more clearly. such that things like UAWAW or UACFV and other's released before books that covered that content, such as XGE and TCE are easier to decipher and overlook.
Extra Information the specific instant i see that's brought this up was the UACFV martial arts monk weapon changes, then the new feature 'dedicated weapon' that kicks in at lvl 2. to someone who doesn't know better or even anyone that hasn't connected the dots there or didn't know prior, those are two different features, but the dedicated weapon selecting 1 weapon at lvl 2 vs the monk totally changing their monk weapon options are meant to fill the same niche and TCE dedicated weapon totally replaced the monk weapon variant. this was further driven on when i saw a conversation about curse bringer being made the hexblade capstone in GXE, and removed/not published as an invocation like UAWAW had it. the invocations table doesn't have a 'show most recent' filter like the class features that can also get messy now with features like the above dedicated weapon being a different feature/source and not getting caught in the 'newest version' filter. Who would use it? anyone using UA or looking to make a character using books published after and updating the UA versions of similar features. How would it work? something small like a mousover on the feature source where it lists the UACFV or what have you that gives you a simple 'this feature has been updated or removed with newer material' or if you have both sources shown in your filter a small warning like 'you are also showing X book, this content has been updated and will reflect in the more recent material'
