Feature Request: Plutonium Dark Mode

Extra Information Module wide support for dark mode, similar to 5eTools dark mode Who would use it? Drow, anyone who prefers a darker UI, people who are already trying to scheme foundry to have a global dark mode, anyone who values their retinas. How would it work? Reuse a lot of the established theming on 5e tools. Add a couple of alternative background assets. Add a toggle in Plutonium Config UI section. Why should this be added? QoL
