Feature Request: Spell Points option

Extra Information Who would use it? Variant Rules How would it work? an option(Settings) flip/boolean that when triggered would change table progression to spell points (spell level); and spells would also list their spell points. Why should this be added? Coverage for Variant rules and Simplicity for spell point class.
