Feature Request: Hide non editable configurations from roles without permission.

Extra Information Who would use it? The admin How would it work? At the moment players with the player permission can view the all settings within the plutonium config though only modify a subset. Why should this be added? It would be useful to minimise player visibility to the settings if any at all and let them solely be managed by the administrator. For the players it will be a more streamlined UI.
