Feature Request: Limited mobile support for plutonium.

Extra Information Who would use it? Mobile users. How would it work? Would let users navigate the plutonium window. If something is cut off, they'd just use 2 fingers to move the visible screen over to read/use it. Why should this be added? To allow those who do not own or have access to a computer to be able to use plutonium.
