Feature Request: Remove From Plutonium Package the \Data\modules\plutonium\homebrew\index.json

Extra Information Who would use it? people loading homebrew. How would it work? remove the file and trap for it not being there Why should this be added? Then plutonium updates wont' overwrite their index.json with a blank configuration . Instead make it sample_index.json we'll document on the wiki the change needed and add that it MUST be named index.json (ie rename the sample) for plutonium to load/stitch them on load.

Resolved - Implemented for next release
