Feature Request: @coin tag

Extra Information A special type of rolling tag that gives you a 50% chance to return either of a named result. E.g. Heads|Tails, Crowns|Dragons, Ships|Krakens, etc Who would use it? Homebrewers but I'm sure flipping a coin is mentioned in official materials too. How would it work? {@coin <display text>|<result1>|<result2>}, alternatively {@coin <result1>|<result2>|<optional display text>} with the default display text being <result1>/<result2> Why should this be added? Quick addition for convenience.
