I just stumbled upon this Nature Index link for which citer gave 2022-11-01. The correct date is 2020-07-13.
The webpage contains both 13 July 2020 and Time frame: 1 November 2022 - 31 October 2023. Citer was probably confused by both occurrences and chose the latter as the date in the output.
