after restart/quit the searches are not connect. #185

Issue

1 ) After quitting the app or restarting the app, the searches are not connected. Need to manually add it again. 2 ) Suggestion to add exporting the searches. The app has import searches (yml). As a user, I have no idea where to find this yml/ymal.
