Ran into a small issue with discord rich presence, unsure of how to fix it

INF discordrpc: Discord Rich Presence enabled 2024-04-22 18:51:08 ERR discordrpc: rich presence enabled but failed to create discord rpc client error="i/o timeout"

Looked into it since i can't reproduce locally and it seems like the issue might be related to many different things (permissions, multiple apps using discord rpc, etc). some people solved it by restarting their pcs.

tl;dr: the issue doesn't come from Seanime.
