새로 추가하려고 하는 기능

[ ] 1. 텍스트 낙관
- 텍스트를 적어서 낙관으로 만들기
[x] 2. 이미지 저장 퀄리티 설정 : https://github.com/5seunghoon/PreviewMaker/pull/25
- 이미지를 장축 2500정도로 바꿔서 저장하는데 그것을 설정할 수 있게
[ ] 3. 낙관 장축 제한에 걸리면 알아서 리사이징 하기
- 낙관을 만들 때 장축 2000이상이면 저장자체가 안되는데, 리사이징해서 저장하게 하기
