Fix OOM when crop #23

변경사항

  1. 크롭을 할 때 uCrop에서 OOM이 일어나는 현상 해결 (최대 길이 1만에서 6천으로 감소하여 적용)
  2. 메인 엑티비티에서 툴바를 지우고 툴박스를 만들어 도장 리사이클러 뷰의 아이템으로 추가
