[Feat] Delete dormant refresh token #19

Delete dormant refresh token from DB. It's controversial.

[ ] Add last refresh date column to RefreshToken table
[ ] Add dormant column to RefreshToken table, as boolean
[ ] Delete refresh token which has not used for long term (not drop, mark as dormant)
[ ] When dormant refresh token access, drop column from table and log out

There is some issue such as #35. Because of such issues, refresh_token table is containing lots of junk rows. Some way of cleaning this junks is needed.
