Improve UI for adding events #29

The UI for adding new events is bad. Best would be to support QuickAdd
syntax. Or fix these problems:
1. It is very picky about time format (i.e. it does not accept 9:00, but
requires 09:00)
2. The calendar combobox requires you to click the arrow to open.
