MEGA Radioactive Chemical Cells Don't Support Spent Waste #113

I don't know if this is intended or not, but I can't filter a radioactive chemical cell to store spent waste. It works with all other radioactive chemicals, but not with spent waste. Version is 1.20.1.

This is intentional. However, if you want it to support spent nuclear waste then there is a config option available.
