Hash (#) in tel: URLs #687

When # is present in a tel: URL, Telephone tries to make a call to the URL-encoded %23. It should use the original # instead.

What's the status on this? I am also trying to dial a number that has a pound symbol in the url example: "9#,1xxxxxxxxxx"
